Welcome to MyRetter. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyRetter mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), so please read them carefully.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyRetter provides a platform connecting individuals seeking legal services with qualified legal professionals. Our Service includes but is not limited to:

• Access to a directory of legal professionals
• Scheduling consultations with legal professionals
• Communication tools for clients and lawyers
• Case management features
• Payment processing for legal services

MyRetter is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We simply connect users with independent legal professionals.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any or no reason, including violation of these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

• Using the Service to collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission
• Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others

5. Professional Conduct for Legal Professionals

Lawyers and legal professionals using our Service must:

• Maintain active legal credentials and licensing required by their jurisdiction
• Accurately represent their qualifications, expertise, and availability
• Comply with all applicable laws and professional rules of conduct
• Maintain client confidentiality and attorney-client privilege as applicable
• Disclose any conflicts of interest
• Provide services with reasonable skill and care

6. Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. We may modify the price of any Service at our discretion. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

When you provide credit card information, you represent that you are the authorized user of the card, and you authorize us to charge the card for the Service fees.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by MyRetter, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as incidental to normal use of the Service or as otherwise expressly permitted in writing by us.

8. User Content

You retain all rights in any content that you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYRETTER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyRetter, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of India.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted, and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
