Delete Your Account and Data
At MyRetter, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request to delete your account and personal information at any time.
When you request account deletion, we will:
- Delete your personal profile information
- Remove your listing from our lawyer directory (if applicable)
- Delete any messages or communications
- Remove your payment information from our systems
Please Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any data related to your account will be permanently removed from our systems.
Data Retention
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Records required for tax or accounting purposes
- Information related to legal obligations or dispute resolution
- Aggregated, anonymized data that does not identify you personally
Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
